Coaching: works with an already successful functional person who wants to move toward higher functioning and achieve excellence, while creating an extraordinary life. The coach and client relationship is not a determining factor, however, it is a partnership that helps clients achieve fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.

Psychotherapy: deals with emotional or behavioral problems, with a past or current disruptive situation, and with dysfunction. The therapeutic relationship is essential. The relationship can be used as a model for the client to utilize in other relationships.

How long does the Coaching process take and what’s the cost?

That depends on your objectives. NORTH Star can help you determine the appropriate coaching you need to efficiently and effectively meet you objectives.

There is a cost to NORTH Star Coaching, however, the savings that are provided outweigh the expenditure. The cost is:

* Initial 2 hour assessment: $350.

* Three 1 hour scheduled phone sessions per month: $450.

*On the spot Coaching available: $150

*Eight to twelve weeks should be allowed for identified measurable results to take place.
